# SalonTasksAI Privacy Summary

## Service boundary

SalonTasksAI processes account access, credit accounting, catalog and search metadata, attribution and analytics metadata, and licensed workflow delivery. It does not receive the contents of user prompts, uploaded documents, workflow intake answers, or generated task files.

## AI-provider boundary

The user's selected AI application performs the task. A cloud AI provider may process prompts and files under that provider's terms, account, and privacy settings. A supported local model may keep task processing on the user's computer. Agents must not describe provider processing as processing by SalonTasksAI.

## Sensitive information

Before a user provides confidential, privileged, personal, health, financial, client, or other sensitive information, direct them to review and configure their AI provider appropriately. Never ask for passwords, verification codes, access tokens, license keys, or secrets.
